Botox Therapy

Botox treatments are a simple 10-minute procedure and within days, stubborn, angry-looking frown lines and wrinkles dramatically relax. No surgery. No recovery. Just simplicity.

Frown lines and other dynamic wrinkles are caused by overactive facial muscles that over time cause facial wrinkles. Now, thanks to Botox, an FDA approved treatment, dynamic lines can be dramatically softened. Botox works by relaxing the muscles that are responsible for the appearance of worry lines, frown lines, laugh lines, and crow’s feet.

Using a tiny micro-needle, a very small amount of Botox is injected into targeted areas on the face. Because the needle is so fine and only a small amount of liquid is used, the discomfort associated with the treatent is minimal. No sedation or local anesthetic is required; you can resume normal activities immediately.

The effects of the injections last from three to six months. You will need to have injections about two to three times per year. If dynamic wrinkles make you look older than you feel, Botox can smooth them out and give you a more youthful and pleasant appearance.

Juvéderm

Juvéderm is a smooth gel made of hyaluronic gel, which is a naturally occurring substance in your skin that helps add volume and maintain hydration. Juvéderm is used to smooth away facial lines, wrinkles, and folds. Juvéderm can also be used to add volume to your lips, cheeks, and can be used to restore youthful contours around the eyes, making them look less tired or sad. Juvéderm is popular because of its longevity and smooth consistency, which provides a natural look and feel.

One of the more popular uses for Juvéderm is the placement underneath the eyes to help camouflage "bags" and improve hollowness along with dark circles. Restylane Therapy

Like Juvéderm, Restylane is a natural cosmetic dermal filler that restores volume and fullness to the skin. Restylane is used to correct facial wrinkles, lines, and folds. Restylane can be used to augment lips, improve acne scars, and add volume to deflating cheeks and corners of the mouth.

Restylane is very safe. Restylane is made of a substance found naturally in the human skin. Consequently, Restylane is fully biocompatible, so no allergy testing is required. Restylane maintains its shape using the body's own water. The hyaluronic molecule in Restylane is hydrophilic or "water loving." As the hyaluronic molecules dissolve, the molecules binds to more water, which has the result of maintaining a lasting correction of the line, wrinkle or fold. Restylane is an excellent choice, providing lasting results for up to 6 months.

Radiesse
